A few things about me - I'm 41, I'm hella tall (think 6'2"), I'm on my second marriage, I love the shit out of my cat, but I am totally #notacatperson. I'm also chronically ill: I have Polycystic Kidney Disease, a genetic kidney disease that causes your kidneys to fill with cysts. (Imagine that!) My dad died when he was 40 due to PKD and as a result I am fanatical about staying on top of my health.

My mission on these internet streets is to provide humor, community and access to creativity for people who feel like it is out of their reach. And that is mega important to me.

I grew up in Northern CA, eventually settling in the city of Napa. Yay wine! Recently my family had to relocate to the 'burbs of Denver due to my husband Jesse's job, and while it has been an adjustment, we are loving it here!

I work full time for myself, creating videos and podcasts, writing books and doing freelance graphic design and lettering, and creating my own art for sale and licensing. I love speaking on stage (either teaching or pontificating, I'm down with either) and I cannot wait for shit to mellow out so we can do that again... so get vaccinated!
