Imposter syndrome – that feeling that you are inadequate or underqualified for something, regardless of whether or not it is true. This is mainly discussed in the context of professional settings, but today I am talking about times I’ve felt it in other areas of my life, as well as what “type” of imposter syndrome I struggle with it, and how I am going to address it moving forward.
